- I would add to Frank's point: if you start with private bearer assets like ZEC, you can build say zPAXG on a L2 atop ZEC L1 where zPAXG ties back to physical gold, kyc is zk based and portable. ie kyc done in 1 jurisdiction that skews toward privacy, and then portable
