considering the top 10 coins rn Zcash- think it hs done it majority move and the r/r favors Solana and Ethereum with both can solve Quantum and Privacy primitives on the smart contract level(Solana with it's vast room for computation and @anza_xyz client to dig deeper) & Ethereu
